“If i’ve got correct goals, and if i keep pursuing them the best way know how, everything else falls into line. If I do the right thing right, i’m going to succeed.”

This is a good quote because the way he words it is perfect. He says, “ If ive got correct goals.” This means that not just any goals but goals that will make you a good person. For example I have a goal to steal a car when im 18. That is a goal but not a good one. We should choose goals that will make us a better person.

“The reward for doing right is mostly an internal phenomenon:
Self-Respect, Dignity, Integrity, and Self-Esteem.”
This is a good quote because you earn good things from doing what's right. For example, in the video that Mr.Haymore showed us that guy found an ipad with 13,000 dollars in the case. The guy could have taken it and he could have had an ipad and 13,000 dollars to spend. He didnt. He chose the right and he got rewarded. The owner of the ipad gave him 60 dollars but he didn't keep them for himself. He gave the money to a homeless lady. He also got an award and a 625 check from his boss for his honesty.

Indian Youth Test
The indian youth have to take a test to prepare for adulthood. This indian youth went out to a nice valley and was fasting. On the third day he decided to take on the mountain. He climbed up the mountain and didn't stop until he had reached the top. At last he had finally made it to the top of the mountain. When he got there he heard a snake talk to him. He said, “Please help me it's too cold for me up here and there is no food and i'm going to starve to death. Pick me up and put me under your shirt and take me down to the valley.” The indian youth replied, “ No way i know what you are, you're a rattlesnake and if i pick you up you're going to bite me.” The indian youth had a choice here which was either to leave or to pick him up. So he picked him up and took him down to the valley. Right when he put him down the snake attacked and bit his leg. He said i thought you promised me. The snake said, “You knew what i was when you picked me up.”

“In any moment of decision, the best thing you can do is the right thing.”
This is a really true quote by the former United States President, Theodore Roosevelt. We have many decisions that we make every single day and the best thing to always do is the right thing. This is saying that if you ever have to make a decision, even if it's a really tough decision the best thing to do is the right thing. For example, say you find a wallet on the floor and there is 600+ cash inside. There is also an ID inside. The easy thing to do is to keep the wallet and spend the cash but that's making the wrong decision. The right thing to do would be to turn it in to the place where you found it or to the police. That's the best thing that you could do. Most of the time people let their greediness take over them and they choose the wrong.

“Nothing is ever gained in doing what's wrong.”
This is a good quote because what he is saying i true. You will never get anything off of doing the wrong thing. Yet however you can get anything you want from doing the right thing. If you choose to do the wrong thing only bad things are going to come from that. If you choose the right thing good things will be granted to you.

Baseball Season

This year I heard that they were going to start a baseball team. I was really into it but none of my family members are into it. I wanted to play when i was little but my family made me join soccer instead because thats what they are all into. I didnt know that there was a team until my friend told me, “Ay, let’s join baseball.” I told him yes right off the top of my head. So we went to go talk to the coach and he told us to bring a glove and shorts and go to practice tomorrow and he would see what we got. So we went and we made it. They tried me out at first base and i did pretty good. He told me you will be playing first base. Our season started in March. Our season didnt go so well for us but it was because we are a D2 team and they put us in a D1 league. I played a couple of positions during season such as first base, second base, third base, pitcher and catcher. My main position was third base. The hardest position that i played was catcher. Our season ended last Monday and I honestly already want to go back. This season went by really fast.

“It’s A GREAT MOMENT when someone has character to step up and do the right thing at the right time.”
This is a good quote because it is saying that if you chose to do the right thing at the right time it would be A GREAT MOMENT.Choosing the right is not always as easy as it sounds. That's what makes a CTR person different from a non-CTR person. Doing the right thing can sometimes be difficult. For example, if i find a wallet in a store, the easy thing to do would be to put it in my pocket. That would be the wrong thing to do. The hard thing would be to return it because you could use the money to buy yourself something but that's what makes you a CTR person.
