“You will go far with CTR”
Mr.Haymore has a good quote because if you don't choose the right then you are not going to go far. You can be really good t something and ruin everything by a simple CTW act. You can be going up in popularity and maybe you're about to go to the pro leagues and then just like that you can mess it all up if you don't choose the right. On the other hand if you try your best, work hard and above all if you CTR, you will succeed and you could achieve your dream. For example, Stephen Curry was not the best one in high school. JamesOn Curry was above him. He had state records ulike Stephen Curry. JamesOn chose the wrong and got arrested while Stephen would be practicing and working hard. Stephen is in the NBA meanwhile JamesOn is lost because he CTW.

If there is beauty in character, there will be harmony in the home. If there is harmony in the home, there will be order in the nation. If there is order in the nation, there will be peace in the world
This chinese proverb says a lot because the main point is that if there is no beauty in character then there will be no peace in the world. For example, the guy who shot and killed two people at UCLA had an ugly character so there was no piece in the world.
Student Success Statement
“Of all the choices you will ever make, one choice supersedes all others-the ultimate choice. This one choice will help you to always make correct decisions for the remainder of your life. This one choice, The Ultimate Choice, is your keystone fro being the best student and person you can possibly be. This one choice will forever affect you for good more than any other choice.

“If i’ve got correct goals, and if i keep pursuing them the best way know how, everything else falls into line. If I do the right thing right, i’m going to succeed.”

This is a good quote because the way he words it is perfect. He says, “ If ive got correct goals.” This means that not just any goals but goals that will make you a good person. For example I have a goal to steal a car when im 18. That is a goal but not a good one. We should choose goals that will make us a better person.

“The reward for doing right is mostly an internal phenomenon:
Self-Respect, Dignity, Integrity, and Self-Esteem.”
This is a good quote because you earn good things from doing what's right. For example, in the video that Mr.Haymore showed us that guy found an ipad with 13,000 dollars in the case. The guy could have taken it and he could have had an ipad and 13,000 dollars to spend. He didnt. He chose the right and he got rewarded. The owner of the ipad gave him 60 dollars but he didn't keep them for himself. He gave the money to a homeless lady. He also got an award and a 625 check from his boss for his honesty.

Indian Youth Test
The indian youth have to take a test to prepare for adulthood. This indian youth went out to a nice valley and was fasting. On the third day he decided to take on the mountain. He climbed up the mountain and didn't stop until he had reached the top. At last he had finally made it to the top of the mountain. When he got there he heard a snake talk to him. He said, “Please help me it's too cold for me up here and there is no food and i'm going to starve to death. Pick me up and put me under your shirt and take me down to the valley.” The indian youth replied, “ No way i know what you are, you're a rattlesnake and if i pick you up you're going to bite me.” The indian youth had a choice here which was either to leave or to pick him up. So he picked him up and took him down to the valley. Right when he put him down the snake attacked and bit his leg. He said i thought you promised me. The snake said, “You knew what i was when you picked me up.”

“In any moment of decision, the best thing you can do is the right thing.”
This is a really true quote by the former United States President, Theodore Roosevelt. We have many decisions that we make every single day and the best thing to always do is the right thing. This is saying that if you ever have to make a decision, even if it's a really tough decision the best thing to do is the right thing. For example, say you find a wallet on the floor and there is 600+ cash inside. There is also an ID inside. The easy thing to do is to keep the wallet and spend the cash but that's making the wrong decision. The right thing to do would be to turn it in to the place where you found it or to the police. That's the best thing that you could do. Most of the time people let their greediness take over them and they choose the wrong.

“Nothing is ever gained in doing what's wrong.”
This is a good quote because what he is saying i true. You will never get anything off of doing the wrong thing. Yet however you can get anything you want from doing the right thing. If you choose to do the wrong thing only bad things are going to come from that. If you choose the right thing good things will be granted to you.

Baseball Season

This year I heard that they were going to start a baseball team. I was really into it but none of my family members are into it. I wanted to play when i was little but my family made me join soccer instead because thats what they are all into. I didnt know that there was a team until my friend told me, “Ay, let’s join baseball.” I told him yes right off the top of my head. So we went to go talk to the coach and he told us to bring a glove and shorts and go to practice tomorrow and he would see what we got. So we went and we made it. They tried me out at first base and i did pretty good. He told me you will be playing first base. Our season started in March. Our season didnt go so well for us but it was because we are a D2 team and they put us in a D1 league. I played a couple of positions during season such as first base, second base, third base, pitcher and catcher. My main position was third base. The hardest position that i played was catcher. Our season ended last Monday and I honestly already want to go back. This season went by really fast.

“It’s A GREAT MOMENT when someone has character to step up and do the right thing at the right time.”
This is a good quote because it is saying that if you chose to do the right thing at the right time it would be A GREAT MOMENT.Choosing the right is not always as easy as it sounds. That's what makes a CTR person different from a non-CTR person. Doing the right thing can sometimes be difficult. For example, if i find a wallet in a store, the easy thing to do would be to put it in my pocket. That would be the wrong thing to do. The hard thing would be to return it because you could use the money to buy yourself something but that's what makes you a CTR person.

“A promise must never be broken.”
This is a good trust because you should never break a promise. If you break a promise then that person or any other person will not trust you anymore. Then those people are going to tell other people than you can't keep a promise. The most important thing to have with other people is trust. Once you break a promise that's when the person loses all trust in you.

“I am not bound to win, but I am bound to be true. I must stand with anybody that stands right, and stand with him while he is right, and part with him when he goes wrong.”

Abraham Lincoln was truly a CTR person. He had actions that were above great. For example, he gave someone 6 cents short of their change and he closed his store and walked 6 miles just to give it back. He also got in debt with his store and instead of moving he payed back every single penny he owed.

“I trust that my hard work will pay off.”
This is a good quote because if you work hard you will see good results. If you don’t work hard you will not see good results. For example, if i workout and i put in all i got i am going to see the results. Same thing with a sport. If i practice at home and i train i am going to see myself improve fast. If i don’t i am just going to stay the same. Hardwork beats Talent if Talent doesn’t work Hard. Just like Tyler Haws would work hard on his free time he earned what he deserved.

“ I won’t cheat.”
This statement by Dale Murphy is a really good statement. This will help the little leagues and younger leagues that cheating is not right. You should always play fair even if cheating make you better. For example the video that we watched was saying that taking steroids is cheating and the guy that was using steroids was like the guy on the motorcycle. If you want to become better then you just need to try your best and put in hard work. Even if there is a team that is using any body enhancer, it doesn't give you the right to do the same. Most of the time there will be at least one person who is going to choose the wrong and cheat.

This is a good quote because he is saying that many stuff matters. There is one thing that matters most. That is having a good character. You can have the grades and the skill to be on a team but if you have a bad character you won’t be part of it. For example, this kid on the baseball team is really good and has good grades but he did not have a good character so he did not get to play this season.
School Break Day

I did not do anything. I just stayed home.I went to the mall and to practice.I also went to Alberts with my friends on Monday. I did not meet anyone. I watched deadpool for the third time. I played Baseball yesterday and i saw my team play.I did not experience any CTR moments. I did not read at all. I didn’t get any homework. Me and my friends are going to make our own team in the summer. I wanted to go to the batting cages but I did not have a ride.
