Dermatologists are physicians who treat conditions related to the skin, though they may also treat disorders related to the hair and nails. Dermatologists undergo additional specialized training beyond receiving a medical degree to become experts in skincare, and they must also obtain a license to practice. Some dermatologists choose to further specialize in the field by concentrating their work in pediatric dermatology, dermatopathology or procedural dermatology.

Education:

College, earning a bachelor's degree. Medical school, becoming a medical doctor or doctor of osteopathic medicine. Internship, 1 year. Dermatology residency program, at least 3 years.

Reflection:

I would like to be a dermatologist because they get paid really well. Not only that but they treat conditions related to the skin and working with people is what I like to do.
